DW Fitness First are in the middle of an exciting period of growth and change. We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team within our Head Office, based in Wigan, Lancashire.
- Promote a helpful and professional image, answering telephone calls to new and existing customers/members in a polite and courteous manner and giving full co-operation to any customer requiring attention
- Deal with all customer services emails complaints/enquires that come through
- Take on line orders over the telephone, taking new details from the customer and processing the order right through to taking credit card details for payment.
- Chasing order’s /refunds for customers, liaising with the warehouse and couriers.
- Process all store/online direct delivery orders sent through – liaise with all suppliers on delivery times etc
- Organised and process driven individual.
- Customer focused.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work individually but also as part of team.
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft office.
- Experience in taking retail enquiries and has an excellent customer facing manner.
